Marcel Thomas, better known by his stage name O.G. Cell-E-Cel, is an American rapper and Crips gang member from Los Angeles, California. He made his debut in 1994 on the single "Sucka Free" as the frontman of the group O.G. Cell-E-Cel and the Inmates. The following year, Thomas became a member of the Nationwide Rip Ridaz, a hip hop group that was composed of Crips members. He contributed to the group's self-titled debut album, and is credited as Twin Loc for his work.
In 1996, Thomas embarked on a solo career and released the album It's On and Crackin'. It featured production work by King Tee, and had a music video made for the song "Whatcha Gonna Do".
