Derek Harris, better known by his stage name True Master, is an American record producer and rapper from New York City, New York. He is best known for his affiliation with the Wu-Tang Clan. True Master made his debut in 1995 when he produced Ol' Dirty Bastard's song "Brooklyn Zoo" from the album Return to the 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version. That same year, True Master appeared as both a producer and a rapper on Guru's Jazzmatazz, Vol. 2: The New Reality. True Master produced songs for many members and affiliates of the Wu-Tang Clan throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s. 

True Master has released two albums: Meta-Historical with KRS-One in 2010, and Master Craftsman in 2013.
