The South Park Psycho is the debut album by American rapper Ganksta N-I-P, released in 1992 on Rap-A-Lot Records. The album features production from N-I-P, Crazy C, The Terrorists, John Bido and Doug King, and guest appearances from Seagram, and fellow South Park Coalition members K-Rino, Dope E, and Point Blank. Geto Boys members Scarface and Willie D appear on the song "Actions Speak Louder Than Words". It is one of the first examples of the horrorcore genre.

The album peaked at #63 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, and sold around 100,000 units around the South Park area. It has long been out-of-print.
