The Disrupt is the debut album by American hip hop musician Oh No, released in 2004 on Stones Throw Records. The album was predominantly produced by Oh No himself, but features contributions from his older brother Madlib, labelmate J Dilla and Kan Kick. Wildchild, Aloe Blacc, Kan Kick and Dudley Perkins are amongst the featured artists.

The album did not reach any Billboard charts, but received positive reviews from critics when it was released.
