Shut 'Em Down is the third album by American hip hop group Onyx, released in 1998 on Def Jam Recordings and Jam Master Jay Records. Two singles were released from the album: "React", which features the first major label appearance of 50 Cent, and "Shut 'Em Down", featuring DMX. Another single, "The Worst", a collaboration with members of the Wu-Tang Clan, previously appeared on the Ride soundtrack. The album features a significantly higher amount of guest artists than on their previous albums, and has additional guest appearances by Big Pun, Noreaga and Lost Boyz, among others.
The album debuted at #10 on the Billboard 200, and #3 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. It received average reviews from music critics. It has acheived gold status in sales by the RIAA.
