Aaron Tyler (born 22 May 1967), better known by his stage name MC Eiht, is an American rapper, record producer and actor from Compton, California. He was the frontan of influential West Coast hip hop group Compton's Most Wanted, with whom he released five albums. MC Eiht is best known for his relaxed flow, and for his magnum opus "Streiht Up Menace".

Eiht grew to fame on the West Coast as one of two MCs in Compton's Most Wanted. After enjoying increasing success with the group, which peaked with the 1992 album Music to Driveby, Eiht took a role in the hit movie Menace II Society, as well as a high priority spot on the soundtrack. The movie spurred him into a solo career, although his next two albums, We Come Strapped and Death Threatz, would be accredited to MC Eiht featuring Compton's Most Wanted. These albums were considered his best and took place during the most tense years of the beef between him and DJ Quik.

Eiht released the 1997 album Last Man Standing before leaving Epic Records. He signed to Priority Records in 1999 to release Section 8. Eiht would hop between record labels to make one-off releases in the next few years, moving between independent labels Half-Ounce, D3, and Lookin' Up Entertainment from 2001 to 2003. His inability to settle at a label contributed to him joining War Zone, a trio put together by Snoop Dogg and consisting of Goldie Loc, Kam and Eiht.

MC Eiht featured on the song "m.A.A.d. city" by Kendrick Lamar from his 2012 major label debut good kid, m.A.A.d city. The song helped to revive Eiht's career, and led to collaborations with DJ Premier and Outlawz. Eiht is currently working on the album Which Way Iz West, which will mark his first album in over ten years.

MC Eiht is also known for his role in the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, providing the voice for Lance "Ryder" Wilson.
