James Heath, better known by his stage name Lil' Dap, is an American rapper and record producer from New York. He made his debut on the 1992 Gang Starr song "I'm the Man" from the album Daily Operation, and was later inducted into the group's collective Gang Starr Foundation. He later became a member of Group Home, and contributed to two albums by the group before embarking on a solo career. After releasing a number of solo singles in the early 2000s, he released his debut album, I.A. Dap, in 2008.
