Ghetto Dope is the debut album by American hip hop group 5th Ward Boyz, released in 1993 on Rap-A-Lot Records. The album features production from Rap-A-Lot inhouse producers John Bido, N.O. Joe, Mike Dean and James Smith.

It peaked at #176 on the Billboard 200, #19 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and #26 on the Heatseekers chart. The album also produced the singles "Thanks for the Blessing" and "Same Ol'", but neither reached the Billboard charts.
