Stress: The Extinction Agenda is the second studio album by American hip hop duo Organized Konfusion. It was released on August 16, 1994 through Hollywood BASIC and Elektra Records. Recording sessions took place at Unique Studios, Battery Studios and Power Play Studios in New York City from May 1993 to January 1994. The production was handled by Organized Konfusion, Buckwild and Rockwilder. It includes guest appearances by Q-Tip and O.C. The album's tone is generally darker than that of its predecessor. The album cover was painted by the late Matt "Doo" Reid.
The album peaked at #187 on the US Billboard 200 chart and #28 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Its only single was "Stress", which peaked at #50 on the Hot Rap Singles chart
In 1998, it was selected by The Source as one of the 100 Best Albums.
