James P. Jackson Jr., better known by his stage name Dinco D, is an American rapper from Long Island, New York. He was a founding member of the Leaders of the New School, along with Cut Master Milo, Charlie Brown and Busta Rhymes. The group broke up after two studio albums.

In 2016, Jackson released his debut solo album, Cameo Flows.
