Ted Outler (born March 12, 1973), better known by his stage name Blac Haze, is an American rapper from the Florida Keys, who was mainly active from 1997 to 1999. He released his debut album, Res-Sa-Rec-Shun, in 1998. He is best known for sounding similar to Tupac Shakur, and many have speculated that Blac Haze is in fact, Tupac Shakur himself. However, Blac Haze has denied many times that he is the deceased rapper, including on a skit from Res-Sa-Rec-Shun entitled "Miami Jams".
