Bruce Anthony Parrish Jr. (12 December 1974 - 9 May 2003), better known by his stage name B-Brazy, was an American rapper from Los Angeles, California. He was a member of the Denver Lane Bloods street gang, as well as a member of the hip hop groups Bloods & Crips and Damu Ridas.

Parrish made his debut in 1994, with one appearance on Bloods & Crips' second album, Bangin' on Wax 2... The Saga Continues. The group split the following year, and B-Brazy became one of the main members of its spin-off group, Damu Ridas. He is featured on eleven of thirteen songs on the group's 1995 self-titled album, and ten of the sixteen tracks on the group's final album, How Deep Is Your Hood, in 1999. On these albums were three B-Brazy solo songs: "Bitches Can't Ride for Free" on Damu Ridas, and "Young Active Brazy" and "Get Yo Money" on How Deep Is Your Hood.

Parrish's musical output in the 1990s was sparse outside of the Damu Ridas. In 1995, he made two guest appearances on fellow Bloods affiliate G"Len's album, Woop Woop. Parrish appeared on three songs on the 1996 compilation album, Flamin' B-Dawgs Come Better. However, after the Damu Ridas disbanded, he became more prolific as a featured artist. In 2000, he appeared on the albums Dirty Money by The Relativez and High Blood Pressure by Green Eyez. In 2002, he made guest appearances on the albums The Takeover by The Relativez and Me Against the World by Green Eyez.

Death[]

On the 9th of May 2003, at 11:50 PM, Parrish was setup and shot while in the Sandman Motel in Inglewood, California by Inglewood 13. He managed to make it outside, where he collapsed and went into cardiac arrest. Parrish was unconscious when police and paramedics arrived, and he was pronounced dead at the hospital.[1][2] it is rumored that a Latina woman led Parrish to sandman motel where rival members fatally shooting him multiple times.

In 2005, The City of Inglewood offered a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible.[2] The murder remains unsolved.
