The Lost Generation (1996)

AKA the Rugged Child is the debut studio album by American rapper and Wu-Tang affiliate Shyheim, released in April 19, 1994 under Virgin Records and EMI Records. Shyheim got signed to Virgin Records in 1991. Recording sessions took place at Battery Studios, Chung King Studios and Firehouse Studios in New York City from August 1992 to October 1993. Shyheim was just 15 years old when the album was released. Production was handled entirely by RNS, with the exception of one song produced by RZA. It features guest appearances from GP Wu members: June Luva, Rubbabandz, Down Low Recka, K-Tez and Pop Da Brown Hornet, Due Lilz, Prophet & Quasi (as True Wisdom) and Kia Jeffries.

The album peaked at #52 on the US Billboard 200 and #7 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts. The album spawned the singles: "On and On", "Pass It Off" and "One's 4 Da Money".
